Business Link South
East/SEEDA Regional CRM Project
After many years of
providing training for Business Link Sussex on both MS Office and their
bespoke CRM system, Time Associates were involved in the rollout of the
South East Regional Business Link CRM system provided by SEEDA. The project involved rolling out the CRM
across the South East to associated Business Links working towards their
amalgamation into a new organisation - Business Link South East. We designed the courses for end
users and trainers, produced training material, managed the training programme
and provided a training team.

Super Users for implementation of their new Siebel CRM system.
